Information We Collect Information you provide directly: Name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number when you create an account, place an order, or sign up for membership on bkrsclb.com. Payment information when you make a purchase. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor(s) through Shopify's payment infrastructure — we do not store your full card number on our own servers. Any information you submit through a contact form, email, or customer support request. Information collected automatically: Order history, purchase activity, and account activity on bkrsclb.com, processed through our e-commerce platform, Shopify. Usage and analytics data on streaming.bkrsclb.com, including pages viewed, general (city/region-level) location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, and approximate session timing. This data is collected and processed through Cloudflare Web Analytics and is used in aggregate to understand how the streaming service is used — it does not include payment information and is not used to individually track you across other websites. Cookies and similar technologies used by Shopify for core store functionality (cart, checkout, session/login state) and by Cloudflare for basic security and performance. 2. How We Use Your Information To process orders, manage your membership, and provide access to streaming.bkrsclb.com content you're entitled to. To communicate with you about your account, orders, or membership, including responding to support requests sent to thebkrsclb@gmail.com. To maintain and improve the Services, including understanding overall usage patterns through analytics. To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues. To comply with legal obligations. 3. How We Share Your Information We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Services: Shopify — our e-commerce and membership platform, which processes orders, payments, and account/login data. Payment processors integrated through Shopify, to securely process transactions. Cloudflare — our infrastructure and web analytics provider for streaming.bkrsclb.com. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BKRSCLB, our members, or others. 4. Data Retention We retain account, order, and membership information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to Cloudflare's standard retention settings for our account. 5. Your Rights and Choices Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. International Users We are based in Canada. If you are located outside Canada, your information will be transferred to and processed in Canada and other countries where our service providers (including Shopify and Cloudflare) operate infrastructure, which may have different data protection laws than your home country. 7. Children's Privacy The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).
